Gladiatorcables.com offers a 2-year limited warranty as stated in EU laws (https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm) on all products sold on our website. The 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods. If your goods break within these 2 years, Gladiatorcables.com is obligated to provide a solution for you.
If your product breaks within the first year, it is assumed that the problem existed when you received the goods which you will have to prove, unless you file your warranty claim within 24 hours. In this case, you have the right to a repair or replacement free of charge, or if this turns out to be too difficult or costly, you may be offered a price reduction or your money back.
If your product breaks after one year, you still have the right to have your goods repaired or replaced for free or, at least, to a price reduction or your money back. However, you will need to prove that the problem existed when you received the goods.
Please note that this warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse, alterations, or wear and tear or if any connectors have been tampered with. This policy is also non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Alternatively, customers may opt for a refund, however, said refund is subject to a 40% restocking fee (60% of the original price will get refunded).

Customers must regularly check the provided tracking number and communicate with their local post or postal service for timely package pickup or delivery.

Conditions for Returns:
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging materials, instructions, and accessories.
Custom-made or specially ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there was a defect in the product or an error on our part.
If your cable arrives functionally defective, you can file a claim within 24 hours of the cable being delivered to the recipient address to arrange repair or replacement. Exceptions to the 24-hour window apply circumstantially. Note that this policy does not cover misuse, alterations, or wear and tear and is non-transferrable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or there was an error on our part.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gladiatorcables.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within [7] business days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
