When will my cables arrive?

We make our cables all by hand from scratch after the confirmation of the order. Our goal is to make the cable within the first week of the order, and we usually make it within 5-12 working days for the Gladiator Line and 1-2 weeks for the Caesar Line. Depending on the order, it might take from 1 up to 7 weeks if requested special connectors or something we don't have in stock. For a more exact answer please contact us through email or socials.

Which style of cable do I need for headphone x?

Simply tell us the model of the headphone and our staff will help you choose the correct cable for your headphone either on our Discord, Instagram, Twitter or Email.

How is my 2pin iem cable wired?

We use the japanese style wiring, use the picture below as reference.

My tracking number says Insert item into bag (Otb) and hasn’t had another update in a few days/week what does that mean?

If your tracking number mentions OTB this means that the item was shipped outside the original country and you should see your local post tracking system. Usually a package stays in OTB for around a week or two and you should look track the package using the same tracking number but with your national post’s website unless chosen DHL.

Do the cables come with any warranty?

If your cable arrives functionally defective you can file a claim within 24 hours of the cable being delivered to the recipient address to arrange repair or replacement, exceptions to the 24hr window apply circumstantially, note that this policy does not cover misuse, alterations, or wear and tear, this policy is also non-transferrable. Other than that we offer a limited 6-month warranty with all our new cables, this does not cover misuse, alterations and is non-transferrable. Learn more about it on the checkout page. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We are able to ship internationally to all countries for a flat fee of 7 Euros per cable, all international customers are able to select if they would like to pay extra for Express shipping, which we offer through either Datapost or DHL.

What are the quality of materials used?

We use Japanese OFC copper with 0.08 mm inner copper cores for all our paracord cables with an environmentally friendly, recycled silicone that is both high quality and extremely flexible. For our Caesar Line please check the description of each cable.

What is the capacitance and impedance of your cable?

(Gladiator Line) -Canare rates the wiring as 3.7Ohms/100m, we measured the DC resistance of 0.04ohms per meter which is extremely low, so it gives a perfectly flat impedance across all audible frequencies and even higher, from 1hz right up to 150+kHz, Capacitance wise one of our cables will have around 35pF – 75 pF for a 1.5m cable, depending on the connectors used. As a comparison, a stock headphone cable has a capacitance of 650pF.

(Caesar Line) - We tried to measure the resistance but it is simply too low for even our best tester, though the factory has measured the pure monocrystalline silver at under 0.001 ohms per meter. A capacitance of under 20pF for a 1.5m cable with furutech connectors, though keep in mind this will vary depending on connectors, length and wire though our standard is under 45pF for a 1.5m cable.
